White label SEO for agencies that want to sell more without hiring.
We do the SEO work under your brand. Your client sees your logo on every report and talks only to you. You set the price and keep the margin.
Get a free branded auditSelling SEO is easy to start and hard to deliver.
Each new client needs audits, content, links and a monthly report, and a good in-house SEO in the US costs far more than one retainer brings in.
Most small agencies either turn the work down or hand it to a cheap reseller and hope the client does not notice.
What is white label SEO?
White label SEO is when an agency sells SEO services under its own name while another team does the work in the background. The client deals only with the agency, and reports, documents and emails carry the agency brand.
Who this is for
- 01Web design and marketing agencies whose clients keep asking for SEO
- 02Agencies that already sell SEO and have more work than people
- 03Consultants and freelancers who want to offer SEO without doing every task
- 04Agencies serving local service businesses such as clinics, law firms, contractors and dealers
What is included in white label SEO services
Here is what the work looks like month to month, whichever plan you pick.
Technical SEO
We crawl the site in the first week and fix what blocks Google: broken links, redirect chains, slow pages on mobile, missing titles, duplicate pages and pages Google has not indexed. On WordPress, Shopify and Webflow we make the fixes ourselves once you give us access. On custom builds we send your developer a short, ordered list.
On-page and content
Each month we write or rewrite pages around keywords that bring in buyers: service pages, location pages and articles that answer the questions customers type into Google. We write in plain American English and send every draft to you for approval before anything goes live.
White label local SEO
For local businesses we set up and maintain the Google Business Profile, fix name, address and phone details across the main directories, and add service and location pages. Local results are where small businesses win the fastest, so Starter puts most of its hours here.
White label link building
Links come from outreach to real sites with real traffic: industry blogs, local news, suppliers and partners. We do not buy links from private blog networks, because a penalty would land on your client and on your name.
AI search visibility
Buyers now ask ChatGPT and Perplexity for recommendations, and Google shows AI Overviews above the normal results. From Growth upward we track a set of buyer questions in those tools and shape pages so they are easier to quote.
Plans per client website
Every plan includes a technical audit, on-page fixes, keyword tracking and a monthly report with your logo. Prices are per client website, per month, in US dollars.

Agency partner pricing
If you resell to several clients, we price the work wholesale so you keep a healthy margin. Ask us for partner rates.
White label SEO pricing and your margin
Our plans sit below what most US agencies charge their clients. An Ahrefs survey of 439 SEO providers put the average monthly retainer at $2,917, and local SEO at $1,557. That gap is your margin.
Say you sell a local client an SEO retainer at $2,000 a month and run it on our Starter plan at $1,200. You keep $800 a month on that account without hiring anyone. Agencies that bring us several clients get partner rates, which widen the margin further.

How we work with your agency
- STEP 01
Audit
You send the client site. Within five working days you get an audit in your branding, ready to forward.
- STEP 02
Plan
We agree on target keywords and the pages to build or fix in the first 90 days.
- STEP 03
Work
We write, fix and build links every month. You see each task in a shared sheet.
- STEP 04
Report
A report with your logo lands in your inbox before your client meeting.
What the first 90 days look like
Month 1: setup and fixes
We audit the site, fix the technical problems that hold it back, set up tracking and agree the keyword plan with you. Most of this happens behind the scenes. That is normal, and the first report shows what was fixed.
Month 2: content and local
The first new pages and articles go live, the Google Business Profile is cleaned up, and outreach for links starts. Google needs time to crawl and trust new pages. Expect small ranking changes at this stage.
Month 3: first movement
Pages from month two start to appear for long, specific searches, and we compare the numbers with the starting point. We keep what works, drop what does not, and plan the next quarter with you.
White label SEO reports your client will read
A report your client skips does not help you keep them. Ours open with a short summary in plain words: what we did this month, what moved, and what comes next.
After that come the numbers, which are clicks and impressions from Google Search Console, rankings for the agreed keywords, leads or calls where the client tracks them, and AI answer mentions on Growth and Scale.
Every report carries your logo and your colors and can be sent from your email. If a number went down, the report says why and what we are doing about it, so you are never surprised in a client call.
White label SEO, a freelancer or hiring in-house
A full-time SEO hire makes sense once you have enough clients to keep one person busy, and you still pay for tools on top of the salary. A freelancer costs less but works alone, so content, links and reports often depend on one person's calendar.
A white label team gives you writers, a technical SEO and a reporting process from the first client, and the cost grows only when your client list grows. You can also mix: keep strategy and the client relationship in-house and hand us the production.
Why agencies pick us
Your brand only
Reports and documents go out under your name. We sign an NDA and never contact your client unless you ask.
Your night is our working day
Our team is in Indonesia, so work you send at the end of your day is done when you start the next one.
We report what moved
Rankings, traffic from Google and mentions in AI answers, with the work behind each change. If something did not move, the report says so.
No ranking promises
Nobody controls Google. We commit to the work and to clear reporting, and we will not sell you a guaranteed position.
What we need from you to start
Access to the client's Google Search Console and Google Analytics, a login for the website or a contact for their developer, the client's logo and brand colors if you want them in reports, and one call with you to agree on goals. We never ask to speak with the client directly.
Questions agencies ask
- Will my client know you exist?
- No. We work under your brand, sign an NDA and keep all contact through you.
- How long until results show?
- Most sites see the first movement in three to six months. Competitive keywords can take six to twelve months.
- Do you work with any industry?
- We work with most local and service businesses. We do not take gambling, adult or pharma clients.
- Can I see a sample report?
- Yes. Email us and we will send a sample white label report.
- Which tools do you use?
- Ahrefs for keywords and links, Google Search Console and Google Analytics for performance, and manual checks of ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews for AI answers. Tool costs are included in every plan.
- Is this the same as an SEO reseller program?
- Mostly, yes. An SEO reseller program and private label SEO are other names for the same arrangement: you sell, we deliver under your brand.
- Can you work inside our project tool?
- Yes. We can work in your Slack, Asana, Trello or ClickUp, or keep it to email and a shared sheet if you prefer.
- Can we start with just one client?
- Yes. Most agencies start with one site on Starter or Growth and add more after they have seen two or three reports and heard what the client thinks.
- Do you work with clients outside the US?
- Yes. We write in English and can work on sites for clients in Canada, the UK, Australia and other English-speaking markets.
- How do we pay?
- Monthly, in US dollars. We send an invoice at the start of each month.
Send us one client site.
We will reply with a short audit in your branding so you can judge the work before you sign anything.
